ETL QA  Lead
ETL QA, SQL, Datastage, Testing Skills

Dallas TX / Clinton NJ

Need very strong ETL, SQL, Datastage experience plus strong QA skills who can play a lead role.
Good understanding on DWH / BI concepts/ ETL testing
Knowledge in Insurance domain is a plus
Experience in creating test cases using data mapping documents
Experience in preparing test strategy , test design and test summary report
Strong DB skills.
Experienced in  SQL writing complex queries / joins (without the help from a developer)
Strong Experience in SQL programming and performance tuning experience is required mostly in Oracle
Experience in Data Quality, Source Systems Analysis, and Business Rules Validation.
Excellent communication skills & need to coordinate across multiple projects for testing needs
Understanding of data integration best practices in data warehouse environment.
Experience in test execution analysis & reporting, testing life cycle processes and test tools like HP-ALM.
